Lauren Kuhn, a second- yeardentalstudentatHarvardDental School, has been involved with the Harvard University Dental Students United with America’s ToothFairy the entire time she has been at the school. She also happens to be Miss Massa- chusetts, and she helped promote the evening’s theme with a live perform- ance of “You’re Never Really Dressed Without A Smile,” from the Broadway musical “Annie.” Emphasizing how committed the student organizations are to the cause, she encouraged attendees to join her in a pledge to ensure no child in need of oral health care is forced to go without. “Not on our watch,” she encour- aged everyone to proclaim with her. exhibitors24 Chicago Midwinter Meeting — February 28, 2015 Ad n Pelton & Crane, a member of KaVo Kerr Group, is presenting a mix of new products, an updated booth and an Ergonomics & Wellness Center in order to create a true customer experi- ence, according to the company. New products include the Cen- tennial 2 Cabinetry and Spirit 1700 Dental Chair. In addition, the Pelton & Crane booth features a new interac- tive design center, full dental operato- ries, a new products area, a steriliza- tion display and an ergonomics zone. Pelton & Crane is also supporting theChicagoDentalSociety’sfreeErgo- nomics & Wellness Clinic, being held today at booth No. 100 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During each session, physical ther- apists will consider how individual professionals position themselves around the chair and on stools in an operatory. Assessments will last 15 to 30 minutes, and participants will leave with advice for simple improve- ments.
