Hinman Dental Meeting is featuring exclusive exhibit hall hours on Thursday, March 22, from 3 to 5 p.m. and a new Free Advice Booth, providing one-on-one help ses- sions. The exclusive hours will enable at- tendees to take advantage of professional networking and shopping time, as well as free C.E. opportunities in the Learning Lab Co-Op, Table Clinics and Total Health Pavilion. “In addition to the exclusive hours on Thursday, Hinman 2018 offers numer- ous opportunities to receive free advice and earn free continuing education credit, while enjoying networking with colleagues and friends,” said Dr. Patrick Yancey III, general chairman for Hinman 2018. “Also, don’t worry, you won’t miss a minute of the NCAA Basketball Tourna- ment since we have screens located in our new Hinman Hoops area on the ex- hibit hall floor.” In honor of March Madness and the NCAA Men’s South Regional Tourna- ment, held at Phillips Arena across the street from the meeting, Hinman 2018 will feature a Hinman Hoops area. At- tendees will have an opportunity to show off their best basketball moves. Hinman’s new Free Advice Booth (booth No. 1453) will provide attendees a chance to schedule 20-minute, one-on- one sessions in the exhibit hall and con- nect with other knowledgeable dental professionals. Advice will be provided on a wide range of topics, including: social media, working-mom guilt, marketing tips, retirement planning, volunteer- ing, office design, work/life balance, implants, Ironman training and more. Slots are scheduled on a first-come, first- served basis at the meeting or on the Hinman app. The exhibit hall will feature more than 400 exhibiting companies in Building A showcasing new technology, equipment, products and services for the entire den- tal staff.
