One of the highlights of the event will be a series of TEDxMIS discussions, an independently or- ganised TED event that will feature world-leading thinkers and achievers in the fi eld of implant dentistry. After the tremendous success of the last MIS Global Conference in Barcelona, with its fascinating scien- tifi c programme, high-level lectures and impressive social events, the next edition too promises to deliver an intense and unforgettable experience in every respect, MIS Implants Technolo- gies has announced. The scientifi c com- mittee, headed by Prof. Lior Shapira, Chairman of the Department of Periodontics at the He- brew University—Hadassah Faculty of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem in Israel, has under- taken the mission of making this year’s conference particularly worth- while. As part of its commit- ment to promoting young clinicians, MIS is continuing the tradition of holding a clini- cal case competition during the global conference, with this year’s fo- cus on modern technologies and techniques in clinical practice. The best 15 clinical cases will be pre- sented as posters at the conference venue and prizes awarded to the three winning cases.
