D ent al W eek Where the dental community meets 27 Dental Week is a global event format that combines different dental events held in one location at the same time. In collaboration with sponsors and local event organizers, Dental Week combines events centered around one main dental show, such as the Greater New York Dental Meeting or the Inter- national Dental Show, in one comprehensive program. DTI undertakes the global promotion for this new event format, which will beneit organiz- ers, sponsors and visitors alike by providing detailed information on product launches, live presentations, discussion forums, lecture pro- grams, locations, social events, shuttle ser- vices, etc. A dedicated website and app fea- turing all event details will be provided for each Dental Week. Sponsored digital commu- nication, such as e-newsletters and e-blasts, will further prime visitors for the event. As always, the today Show Daily publication will serve as a comprehensive on-site guide. Dental Weeks will be organized worldwide and provide global brands and local dealers with unique marketing opportunities, includ- ing print and online advertising via all DTI channels, as well as logo placement on shuttle buses and taxis, congress bags and lanyards, lyers, and much more. Upcoming Dental Weeks will be held in major hubs, such as Berlin, New York and Paris. More details on customized sponsorship opportunities are available on request. D eal er s ’ D ay The matchmaking event for the dental industry In a global survey of 2,300 Harvard Business Review subscribers conducted by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services, 79% said that in-person meetings are the most effec- tive way to meet new clients and to sell busi- ness. Furthermore, 95% said that face-to-face meetings are a key factor in successfully build- ing and maintaining long-term relationships. Both business partners are more focused, enthusiastic and willing to engage during a face-to-face meeting, and this contributes to a higher return on investment. With Dealers’ Day, a new key event for the dental industry, DTI has created a networking opportunity for dealers and manufacturers to meet one another in person. Manufacturers looking for dealers, and vice versa, will be given the opportunity to present their busi- ness and products in 15- to 30-minute presen- tations held during the Dental Tribune Study Club live symposia at all major trade shows around the world. Afterwards, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in face-to- face discussions. Packages come at a rate of 1,950 Euros and include promotion in a special e-newsletter sent to our global industry and dealer data- base of over 12,500 subscribers prior to a show.
