Russian Edition Имплантология 22 требует, чтобы пациент был физи- чески в состоянии поддерживать приемлемый уровень гигиены, и не всегда является оптимальным с точки зрения функциональности и эстетики. Таким образом, наиболее адекватным методом ортопедиче- ской реабилитации, особенно при адентии верхней челюсти, может являться установка покрывного протеза с опорой на четыре им- плантата; такой подход обычно не требует аугментации кости, на ко- торую пациенты соглашаются с трудом как из-за инвазивности процедуры, так и из-за длительно- сти лечения.
