According to the companies, the agreement creates many new opportunities for growth and services for both parties, and this will benefit customers and patientsaroundtheglobe. “MIS is uniquely positioned to ad- dress the value segment of the im- plantmarketinbothitshomeregion andaroundtheglobe.Itisstrategical- lyimportanttobeabletoaddressthe implant market with distinct organi- zations,portfoliosandbrandstarget- ingboththepremiumandvalueseg- ments. About four months ago, Sirona and Dentsply completed their merger, thereby creating the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, Dentsply Sirona. With the addition of MIS, the Dental Solutions Company aims to extend the range of therapy con- ceptstoadditionalmarketsegments. MIS (Make It Simple) was founded in 1995 in Shlomi in Israel. The com- pany has a strong presence in the valuesegment,sellingitsproductsin more than 65 countries worldwide. MIS aims to simplify implant den- tistry through innovation and clini- cal education. The MIS brand offers a wide range of dental implants and prosthetic solutions, together with grafting materials and guided sur- gery services. MIS launched its latest innovation with the V3 Implant Sys- tem last year June at EuroPerio8 in London in the UK. It is patented for its unique triangular shape and of- fers biological benefits in many dif- ferent aspects.
