2_2016 28 industry report _ CGF _Rilascio “in vitro” di fattori di crescita dal CGF La cinetica di rilascio “in vitro”, di alcu- ni fattori di crescita del CGF ha permesso di osservare che questa è specifica per cia- scun fattore (Borsani et al., 2015). Alcuni di essi, come TNF-a, hanno un rilascio rapido e raggiungono il massimo accumulo dopo un giorno; altri, come IGF-1 e BMP-2, hanno un rilascio più lento e raggiungono il massimo accumulo dopo 6-8 giorni; altri ancora, come TGF-b1 e BDNF, hanno un accumulo costante. _Applicazioni “in vitro” del CGF Il CGF è stato testato “in vitro” su diverse linee cellulari, mostrando delle ottime capa- cità proliferative. In particolare è stato uti- lizzato su: _ cellule di midollo osseo di ratto (Take- da et al., 2015; Honda et al., 2013); _ cellule staminali del legamento paro- dontale (Yu et al., 2014); _ fibroblasti, osteoblasti e cellule endo- teliali umane (Borsani et al., 2015); _ cellule di Schwan (Qi et al., 2016). _Applicazioni cliniche del CGF Il CGF rappresenta un valido ausilio nel campo della medicina rigenerativa, per acce- lerare i processi di rigenerazione, mostrando talvolta proprietà rigenerative e versatilità di utilizzo maggiori rispetto ad altri preparati piastrinici (Park et al., 2016). Il CGF è stato utilizzato nei seguenti am- biti clinici: _ riempimento di alveoli post-estrattivi (Tadic et al., 2014); _ riempimento di cavità dopo cistecto- mie (Mirkovic et al., 2015); _ rialzo del seno mascellare (Chen et al., 2016; Kim et al., 2014; Del Fabbro et al., 2013; Sohn et al., 2011; 2009); _ trattamento di recessioni gengivali (Dogan et al., 2015); Il CGF può anche essere utilizzato insieme al particolato osseo autologo o a biomateriali (Wang et al., 2016; Gheno et al., 2014). 1.
