CREDITS100 Collaborate on your cases and access hours of premium video training and live webinars University of the Pacific you will receive a certificate from the University of the Pacific El Dr. Joubert manifestó que es una gran distinción haber sido invitado otra vez al Congreso Internacional ADM-AMIC, al que acuden 30.000 asistentes. «Presenté un curso de tres horas y media sobre cerámicas dentales en el sector anterior, que es parte del trabajo del nuevo libro que recién he publicado y que se va a distribuir pri- mero en México y luego en América Latina, donde tocamos todo lo que son materiales cerámicos», comentó Joubert. El libro, titulado «Cerámicas Esté- ticas Anteriores» y publicado por Odontología Books, consta de doce capítulos en los que se explican las cerámicas, porcelanas o no, que se manejan en el sector anterior. El au- tor indicó que abarca «desde compo- siciones de materiales, indicaciones y contraindicaciones, así como las ventajas y desventajas que ofrece cada uno de los materiales que están en el mercado». El último capítulo fue escrito conjuntamente con tres de periodoncistas de Santo Domingo y explica cómo darle mantenimiento a los trabajos realizados por el den- tista. Una semana antes del Congreso ADM-AMIC, Joubert impartió dos conferencias en el Congreso de ADA, el cual contó con asistentes de Perú, República Dominicana, Puerto Rico y de la comunidad latina que reside en Washington DC. El rehabilitador comentó que fue un honor participar en el congreso de la ADA, ya que el mismo reúne «a per- sonajes de la odontología a quienes nosotros solo conocemos como refe- rencias médicas, y uno comparte con ellos y ven el material de uno». Joubert manifestó que muchos cole- gas en Washington quedaron encan- tados con lo que estamos haciendo en Latinoamérica y que la expe- riencia fue muy bonita. «Yo venía de Israel, donde obtuve un entrena- miento invitado por la compañía de implantes MIS y de regreso di una charla en la Universidad Europea de Madrid», agrega. Poco después el Dr. Joubert, que ha dado once conferencias en 2015, via- jó al Congreso de Nueva York (GN- YDM) para presentar su libro a la amplia comunidad latinoamericana que se congrega allí.
