I case report _ computer-aided implant dentistry _OneofthelatestdevelopmentsfromDENTSPLY Implantsistheangulatedscrewaccess(ASA)concept for ATLANTIS ISUS Bridge and Hybrid. This feature opensupnewfunctionalandaestheticoptionswhen fabricating screw-retained dental prostheses. It al- lowsforthecreationofascrewchannelatanangleof upto30°totheimplantaxis,therebyenablingamore functional and aesthetic screw-retained prosthesis. Thecasepresentedhereshowstheindividualsteps involved, from implant positioning to the fabrication and delivery of a screw-retained bridge. Although the temporary prosthesis was screwed in conven- tionally, the final prosthetic restoration, delivered three months later, achieved much better aesthetics —exclusively due to the displacement of the screw- access channels.
