(EDS) re- cently announced several improvements to its EZ-Fill Xpress obturative technol- ogy. According to EDS, EZ-Fill Xpress con- tinues to improve for an even better 3-D seal. The new improvements include eas- ier flowability, increased radiopacity and easy expressibility. EZ-Fill Xpress is used in conjunction with the EZ-Fill bi-directional spiral. The apical spirals rotate in an unwinding mo- tion, whipping the cement laterally, cre- ating a complete seal while preventing excess cement from going over the apex. EDS also announced its new and im- proved Ti-Core Flow+ — a reinforced core material and post cement, all in one. Ac- cording to EDS, the new improvements include enhanced NANO particle tech- nology, increased radiopacity and easier flowability. It is more than 40 percent stronger, EDS says.
