IPS e.max Press Multi ist der erste polychromatische Rohling für die Press-Technologie. Die polychromatischen Restaura- tionen werden mittels einer innovati- ven, vom Hersteller Ivoclar Vivadent patentierten Verarbeitungstechnik hergestellt und mit neuen Zubehör- komponenten und den intuitiv be- dienbaren Pressöfen EP 3010 oder EP 5010 effizient gepresst und ab- schließend glasiert. Falls gewünscht, kann alternativ ein Charakterisie- rungs-/Glasurbrand mit den abge- stimmten IPS e.max Ceram-Malfar- ben durchgeführt werden. Wie die einfarbigen IPS e.max Press-Rohlingebestehtauchderneue Multi-Rohling aus der klinisch be- währten Lithium-Disilikat-Glaskera- mik, die eine Biegefestigkeit von 400MPa besitzt. Die IPS e.max Press Multi-Roh- linge gibt es in einer Rohlingsgröße sowie in den neun gängigsten A–D- Farben und in einer Bleach-Farbe. An innovative, new ingot now al- lowshighlyestheticrestorationsshow- ing a lifelike shade progression to be fabricated in a single press sequence. IPS e.max Press Multi is the first polychromatic ingot available for the press technique. It is suitable for the fabrication of monolithic anterior and posterior crowns and veneers that showanatural-lookingshadegradient from the dentin region to the incisal areas. This ingot eliminates time-con- suming layering procedures. There- fore, it meets the exacting demands of both esthetics and efficiency. The polychromatic restorations are fabricated using an advanced process- ingtechnique,whichhasbeenpatented by the manufacturer Ivoclar Vivadent. Therestorationsareefficientlypressed and glazed with new accessory compo- nents and the intuitively operated EP3010andEP5010pressfurnaces.If desired,therestorationscanbecharac- terized/glazed with the coordinated IPS e.max Ceram materials. The new Multi ingot, like the uni- formly-coloured IPS e.max Press in- gots, is composed of clinically proven lithium disilicate glass-ce- ramic, which exhibits a flexural strength of 400MPa.
