Certificates are only awarded if participants successfully complete the program. Participants must be either licensed dentists or dental students. Tribune CME assumes no responsibility for the outcome of patient treatment skills and techniques that are learned during the program. TribuneCMEassumesnoresponsibilityforanyinjurysustainedbyparticipantsduring any session or while travelling to or from any session. Tribune CME reservesthe rightto refuse registrationto anyapplicant andto cancel or modify courses without prior notice. Tribune CME assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by participants. Important Notes In order to reserve a seat, participants must submit a course application. All sessions and educational material (clinical videos, online library) are in English. Some programs have interpreters available. Please check withthe local organizer. Participants may bring their own interpreters provided they do not disturb the flow of the class. Participants wishing to attend a makeup session must notify the Tribune CME team immediately in order to make the necessary arrangements for the next available time and location. Travel visa protocol Participants requiring visas to travel to Clinical Masters™ Program destinations outside their home country must provide the following: – The full name of the participant as it appears on his or her passport – The full name of anyother person traveling with the participant as it appears on his/her passport – Passport number – The number of days for which the participant will be in the destination coun- try, as well as the dates – The complete address and contact information of the national embassy to which the letter of request for a visa must be sent Payment and cancellation policy – Installment payment options are available to participants upon request. – The initial deposit is non-refundable. – Installment payments are non-refundable for the immediate upcoming session. – In the event that a session is cancelled or postponed, the organizer will offer a similar alternative or a refund will be granted to participants if no alter- native is available.
