Courses are being taught by some of the top names in dentistry. Dr. Ron Kaminer has presented three courses so far — “Restorative Dentistry: Deciphering the New Mate- rial Dilemma” on Thursday, and “Tips and Tricks for Maximum Production” and “Biodynamic Dentistry” on Fri- day. Today at 2 p.m., Kaminer presents “Eight High-Tech Procedures for your Day-to-Day Practice.” Dr. Charles Schlesinger presented “The Advantage of Osseous Fixation,” a lecture and live surgery. Attendees learned about osseous fixation and how implants can change the way they practice dentistry. Stephanie Meyers, RD, presented “Fighting Cancer With Your Fork: Sep- arating Fact From Fiction” on Friday morning in a classroom on the exhibit hall floor.
