La phase tech- niquededésinfectionestlamêmequelaphasedenet- toyage,maisavecdesréglagesdifférentsdulaserpour lemodesec. _Applications cliniques Bien que ce protocole soit recommandé pour tous les traitements endodontiques (Figs. 10, 11, 12 et 13), il est plus précieux dans les situations cliniques sui- vantes: _Cas infectés avec radiotransparence apicale, latérale et/oufurcale. _Retraitementsavecparodontitepériapicale. _Cas d’inflammation aigue, surtout ceux diagnosti- quésaveclesyndromededentfêlée. _Résorptioninterneetexterne. _Infections persistantes ne répondant pas au traite- mentendodontiqueconventionnel. _Inconfortpostopératoireprolongé,inexpliqué. _Résumé Un protocole de nettoyage, de façonnage et de désinfection du canal radiculaire a été décrit, qui ma- ximise le retrait des tissus, des débris et bactéries de la smear layer du canal.
