Modeste variazioni di volume del seno ma- scellare (di circa 1 ml) non alterano in maniera significativa la fisiologia del seno mascellare13 . Il caso clinico rappresenta un’ulteriore op- zione terapeutica per ridurre l’invasività chirur- gica degli interventi a livello del seno mascellare, espandendo le classiche indicazioni per l’utilizzo degli impianti angolati. 1.
