Si utilizzano due monconi e, eseguita la pro- va metalli, si passa alla cementazione del manu- fatto definitivo (Figg. 21-25). Il controllo a un anno evidenzia l’ulteriore ri- modellamento positivo dei tessuti gengivali con chiusura degli spazi interdentali (Fig. 26). L’esame radiografico a due anni evidenzia un ottimo mantenimento del tessuto osseo crestale perimplantare (Fig. 27).
