This year the 7th conference was held in the beautiful old city of Vienna, with all its lovely restaurants and coffee houses, beautiful buildings, galleries, palaces and lovely congenial atmos- phere. Dentists, hygienists, peri- odontists in clinical practice, teachers, professors, and re- search workers in periodon- tics gather together to share their knowledge and expe- rience and learn from each other.
