Ritengo particolarmente utile tale tecnica per digerire quei detriti organici che possono re- siduare fino al termine del trat- tamento canalare per esempio a livello delle confluenze ca- nalari e nelle irregolarità delle complesse anatomie c-sha- ped.24 8 Disidratare con un lavaggio di alcool assoluto e asciugare con coni di carta. Conclusioni Dedicarsi con pazienza e scrupolo alle manovre di detersione innalza la qualità dell’intero trattamento e pone solide basi per il successo finale dello stesso. La detersione biochimica di grosse aree non rag- giungibili dagli strumenti come le anastomosi è la prova dell’effica- cia del protocollo proposto; infatti queste ampie aree di congiunzione fra i canali, prima del trattamento, sono piene di residui organici e batteri; grazie agli irriganti avvie- ne il completo svuotamento delle stesse e nella successiva fase di ot- turazione verticale a caldo si ha il riempimento tridimensionale con guttaperca e cemento (Fig. 26-29).
