Moreover, the patient has high expectations, aesthetic demands and con- cernsaboutthecosmeticresultofthefinalrestora- tion. Even before treatment is started, the patient is usually concerned about the final outcome, as well as the provisional restoration used during os- seointegration. The aim of this case report is to present the clinical stages of rehabilitation of a central incisor from diagnosis to final restoration. _Case presentation A 29-year-old female patient without any ap- parent contributory medical history presented for treatment. The patient complained about the aes- thetic appearance of the anterior maxillary region. The right central incisor appeared elongated, showedincreasedmobility(GradeI+)andwassen- sitive to palpation.
